In September 2005, Dr. James Lacey moved to Ottawa and established Kanata Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Lacey and his staff are proud to be working in their permanent location at March School House #2, built in 1892. This historic building has been completely renovated and expanded to accommodate their growing practice. Located just north of Alcatel, past Old Carp Road, the practice now includes an on-site private surgical facility and a comprehensive medical aesthetics suite offering laser skin services.
Since 2005, Dr. Lacey has also been on staff at the Almonte General Hospital, where he performs plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery. Additionally, he supports the hospital’s newly expanded Emergency Department.
Joining Dr. Lacey at Kanata Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery is Dr. Mehrad Jaberi, a fellowship-trained, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, with over a decade of experience. Dr. Jaberi is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. He’s an expert in face, breast, and body surgery. He’s really good at what he does and cares a lot about his patients. He’s a big part of our team here at Kanata Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Jaberi views aesthetic surgery as both an art form and a means to restore confidence and self-esteem. He approaches each patient with the same level of care he would extend to his own family, ensuring a compassionate and personalized experience.
